Developed during the Cold War in a secret lab somewhere in the high desert of New Mexico, the HazMaPo were intended to function as small but deadly assassins. They are highly trained and skilled and able to defend against almost any foe. Their primary mission: protect us at all costs. Although each character has its own individual interests and characteristics, their mission is a unified one: They are here to protect us. Sure, the cold war is over but they don’t know that.
